I've been having a problem with my Shadow as of late.... A few weeks ago, I noticed that my turn signals stopped working, hazards work fine, all other exterior lights work fine, fuses good. Turn signals do not illuminate at all.

I have owned plenty of GMs in the past, and with them- if there is a bad bulb, that side marker will usually illuminate- but not flash. If the flasher is bad- hazards nor t-signals will ill illuminate..

I checked the AutoZone site for a Turn Signal wiring diagram but could not find one...

ANyone with AllData, Mitchell can help me out with a wiring diagram?? I've seen/heard about some of these cars with separate flashers for the hazards/turn signals, but could not see an additional one (aside from the one on the block, next to the horn relay, time delay relay...)

Also- I've noticed that if I move the lever to signal, I can hear one faint "pulse" (like that a flasher produces), but nothing illuminates. If I switch on the opposite side marker lamp- I can hear the same "pulse", but no flash...

thanks for any input/info

the flasher can in the fusebox is for the hazzards. the turn signal flasher is under the dash panel not raf away. i just had a similar problem, bad flasher. but the light would illuminate just no flash. replaced flasher and everything was cool. try swapping the hazard flasher for the turn signal flasher and see if that works. make sure the fuse is good. if both are good theres a very good chance you need a turn signal switch

But there definitely is a separate flasher for the turn signals and the hazards?

Thanks for the info, I thought it might be the turn signal switch, but want to be sure..

NAJ- it has the 2.2L, auto.

Thank you guys for your input.

Problem solved, the (hidden) turn signal flasher was the culprit... All those times removing that front panel, I thought I remembered a flasher tucked up in there..

Thanks for the help- glad it was an easy fix...
