Here is what I know so far.... Turn signal switch is good, flasher is good, fuses are good, low voltage at the switch and flasher, ground is fine, voltage to fuse panel is normal. What I really need is a wiring diagram so I can figure out where the wires go after the fuse panel so I can do some further investigating. Does anyone have access to alldata, shopkey or even better the factory manuals? If so could someone please make a copy of the required pages and put them up on here or something? I have a factory manual on order, but I don't really like driving without turn signals... The sooner the better I get this resolved. Any help appreciated.

MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH TESTS
The multi-function switch contains electrical circuitry for turn signal, hazard warning, headlamp beam select, headlamp optical horn, windshield wiper, pulse wipe, and windshield washer switching. This integrated switch assembly is mounted to the left hand side of the steering column. Should any function of the switch fail, the entire switch assembly must be replaced. Refer to Turn Signal and Hazard Warning Flasher Diagnosis for diagnosis.

To test the switch, first disconnect the battery negative cable, then remove the upper and lower column covers to gain access to the switch connector. Remove switch from the column and remove the switch connector. Using an ohmmeter, test for continuity (no resistance) between the terminals of the switch as shown in the following continuity charts Turn Signal and Hazard Switch Continuity or Beam Select Switch Continuity

TURN SIGNAL AND HAZARD WARNING FLASHER LOCATION
The turn signal flasher and the hazard warning flasher are combined into one unit called a Combination Flasher (Combo-Flasher) The combo-flasher controls the flashing of the hazard warning system and the turn signal system. An inoperative bulb or incomplete turn signal circuit will result in an increase in flasher speed.

The combo-flasher is mounted to the in-line bracket which is located to the of right the junction block. The flasher can be removed by pulling in an rearward direction. The left under panel silencer duct must be removed to access the flasher. The combo-flasher is black in color for ease of identification Combo-Flasher

HAZARD FLASHERS
Power for the hazard flashers is provided on circuit L9 from the Power Distribution Center (PDC) The L9 circuit is protected by a 20 amp fuse located in cavity F1 of the PDC. Power for the fuse is supplied on circuit A15 which is a direct feed from the battery positive terminal. Circuit A15 is protected by a fusible link. This circuit is HOT at all times.

Circuit L9 connects from the PDC to the combination flasher. When the operator turns the hazard flashers ON circuits L9 and L32 are connected internal to the switch.

The L32 circuit connects between the combo flasher and the BUS bar that powers circuit L60 and L61 internal to the multi-function switch.

When the hazard flashers are ON the multi-function switch connects circuit L32 to circuits L60 and L61. It also connects circuits L91 and Z1. Circuit Z1 is the ground path for the combination flasher and terminates at the Airbag Control Module (ACM) bracket.

Circuit L60 supplies voltage for the right side lamps and circuit L61 powers the left side lamps. These circuits also splice and supply voltage for the indicator lamps in the instrument cluster.

HELPFUL INFORMATION
Check the 20 amp fuse located in cavity F1 of the PDC.
Check the 10 amp fuse located in cavity 3 of the junction block.
For the left front lamp check the grounding point at the left front frame rail.
For the right front lamp check the grounding point at the right front frame rail.
For the left and right rear lamps check the grounding point at the left rear wheel well.
Check the grounding point for the combination flasher located at the ACM bracket.

Thanks for all the information and diagrams!! Hopefully I will get some time tonight to look into this problem but it is probably going to have to wait a couple of days.... Once I get this figured out I have to get to the bottom of my air bag light and abs light... I am guessing the car sat for about 4 years according to the oil change sticker on the window that says next oil change in 2004, I guess things go bad during that amount of time...

If you are able to retrieve the codes for the ABS and SRS I will give you the diagnostics.

So... guess what... finally got some more tine to check into the problem and i found a missing 20 amp fuse in the underhood area that I did not know existed... now my turn signals and hazards work fine. Still have to fight off the other gremlins though... I will see if my buddy can borrow a drbIII so I can retrieve the srs and abs codes. I have a cheapo scanner but it did not read any codes besides drivetrain, not sure why since it is supposed to be able to.

Aren't easy fixes GREAT!
If you can get a DRB3 that would be great as you may need it to run diagnostics.
I have been at a dealership for 13 years so grabbing a DRB, Star Scan, GM Tech 2(we were Olds also) is second nature to me.
Let me know what codes you come up with and I will get you Chryslers diagnostics from Dealer Connect.
Also give me the last 8 digits of your vin when you post so I can properly check for TSB's and Recalls.
