gauge problms

Hi i have been having problems with my gauges fluxing alot mainly my speed but the rpm doesnt work sometimes. The damn thing is irritating can anyone help me i own a 1990 dodge daytona.I should also state that i have changed the damn thing three times. They were all out of junk daytonas though.

It might be the speed sensor causing this and not the gauge cluster. Mine bounces too, but I have never cared enough to fix it. It usually stops bouncing at about 45-50 mph. I just take the average of the numbers it is bouncing between to tell my speed...lol. If it bounces between 20 and 30, then I must be doing 25.
