Weird short....any ideas??

Ok, i have a short in my daytona. When ever it is wet out (which is a lot) the head lights do not pop up, the horn, and power locks and seat do not work (all one circuthas circut braker) so i am assuming that it is a outside item, that is causing the short, like maybe the horn or the light motors. Anyone ever have this happen?

Also, i am getting a airbag light. Where should i start with that one....lol

Maybe a bad ground someplace?
