87 GLHS with stage II logic module. As soon as I reach 5 psi of boost, the lights flicker. Is there something drawing power as boost builds?

That would be the cooling fan coming on. A slight flicker is ok, but if you notice your voltage gauge dropping too low, you might want to double check your charging system.

Do the fans kick on under boost? I can make the lights dim on and off by getting on and off the throttle until it goes past 5 psi. Its not a slight flicker either, the power gauge will bounce when this happens.

That's not unusual, mine did that all the time. The GLHS logic module turns the fan on around 3-5 psi since the radiator is so small on those cars.

Interesting, you learn something new everyday.
On the subject of radiators, do you know where I can get an aftermarket radiator? I the local parts store order two radiators for the car and both were wrong. They claim that no one makes them.
