Since I see people everywhere I go with their lights stuck up, and I've noticed the question come up here many times, I thought I might contribute a little to help those in need.
What's to follow deals with the module on 87-88 Daytonas and, I believe, Le Barons (not sure what years).

Located in the center of your dash under the top cover peice you will see the module below.

The next two pictures show what is inside that plastic housing. It is encased in a rubbery compound that can be removed with some effort.

Now lets take a closer look at the board itself.

Note the solder points that I have circled in the first of the previous two shots. Those are where the posts from the relays come through the PCB (Printed Circuit Board). In the other photo you will see these as the two white plastic housed components.

The reason I have singled out these components, is because that up to this point, in every module that I have ever fixed, it was these solder points that were the only problems. I have many of these under my belt. You, of course, can resolder every pin on the board just to be sure, but as this progresses you'll understand the reason I normally don't.

[See:Headlight Module Repair Part 2(Illustrated) I had to split it due to too many images.]

Thanks for the info. I've replaced several modules in different cars that I've owned over the years. Now I'll fix them.
