How To Remove Wiper Arms
First let's get the tool's that will be needed to do this job. 13mm socket
Ratchet wrench
Tools/supplies to have handy
Flat head screw driver
PB Blaster or other rust removal chemical
Step 1: You will need to remove the cap that is used to cover the 13mm nut that is securing the wiper arm. a flat head screw driver may be needed, I was able to release it using my hand as shown in picture

*** It is not completely needed, but if you'd like to remove it completely from the wiper arm. Wrap you hand around the cap and pull up.
Step 2 You will need your 13mm socket and ratchet wrench. This process is simply removing the 13mm nut off that secures the arm. PB Blaster may need to be used on the nut if rusted onto the threaded stud. Follow instruction's on product then continue. Pictured below...

Step 3 This is were we remove the arm! Simply grab the arm, lift up and rotate count-clock wise. It is just like removing a bolt or other fasterns.
Final Step Make what repairs you are needing to do and reassemble in reverse order. Congrads
