I have a 87 T2 Garrett that I have had for sale for a few weeks. People want to know if it spools good or if it smokes. I don't know either answer because the car I got it off of was not in running order when I got it. I don't want to sell someone a questionable part but I do want to sell it. My question is, are there any vendors who would want to buy a Turbo to rebuild and resale. The guy I got the car from says that it worked fine and did not smoke.

usually the vendors will. It just depends on inventory and condition i guess.
from what i know, don't expect to get top dollar for it.

fwd-p put in a request for cores a couple months ago and most of the vendors might give you a store credit based on what "they" think the part in question is worth! good luck!!!

I put a request for asking price in your other post about all the parts - I'm looking mainly for the compressor housing so I'm not concerned about the center sections condition - that being said I'm not looking to pay top dollar either.
