PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE POSTING OR REPLYING IN THIS SECTION!!!
The feedback forum is designed to inform everyone of both positive and negative experiences. There are few problems with the positive posts. I will close them once they are posted, because there is no need for a reply in that situation. The negative feedback threads are where the problems are coming up. The following are "guidelines" for posting here, and the basis for decisions made by TD.com staff.
New threads:
Remember this is not a place to "pick a fight." If you have a complaint then please exhaust all resources in attempt to resolve the problem with the party, one-on-one, BEFORE you come here and post. If the issue is still unresolved, and it must come to publicly explaining your situation, then please keep your post professional. CALMLY, CLEARLY, and THOROUGHLY, explain the problem you are having. Aggressively bashing any seller or vendor will not be tolerated, regardless of the situation. It is understood that tempers will rise, especially when it comes to matters invloving money, but nothing is solved by unnecessary flaming. TD.com staff can/will attempt to contact the parties involved if need be, in order to help the situation come to a satisfactory resolution.
Posting in existing threads:
This is one where there are far to many unnecessary problems occurring. First and foremost, if you have nothing helpful to contribute to a thread, then stay out. Goating people, threatening, or ganging up on and attacking any seller or vendor will not be tolerated. Other useless posts include bumping threads to get a reaction, and posts that do nothing to contribute to the overall resolution of the problem. All these do is make it more difficult to read through the thread and make sense of what is going on for both the parties involved, and any staff members attempting to help the situation. If you have information to provide that may help the parties resolve their issue, or you feel you can provide a USEFUL suggestion, then you may post, but please keep it to the point.
Simply put, none of this should come as a surprise to anyone. We all are responsible for acting like adults here. Intentionally ignoring, and acting against any of these guidelines will be grounds for post deletion, warning, and in extreme cases, banning.
Thank you.
