Just got a custom cal for my car from Paul and it was more than I could have hoped for. Starts and idles like stock. Runs like a scalded dog with rabies. I just had to answer some specific questions about the car (2.5 turbo II w/ +20 injectors, etc, etc...) and he set the cal up for my application and sent it out the very next day. It is awsome not to have to screw w/ extra injectors or g-valves ever again. I get 9 lights on my low setting (16psi) and high setting (20psi) and plugs look new after a couple of runs. He was very prompt with answering my questions and very nice to deal with. He also offers re-cal's for $45.00 if I ever do any more mods. Very good to deal with, thanks

That good to know, I'm emailed him a couple weeks ago and he answered my question very promptly and with a very good explanation of what he could do for me and what he needed to know. Seems to be a really good guy who knows what he is doing. Hopefully if I ever get my **** car down the track I'm going to go with a cal by him, keep us updated on how it works!

Yea, he had more questions than I had answers for, or understood, for that matter. I was pretty stoked that he does everything custom to your engine b/c I am running +20 injectors and didn't want to fork out more cash for the +40's. He came through and set me up pretty good. I haven't gotten into 20psi mode for a real good test (I hit 20 mode after putting the cal in and I thought the car was going to rip in two, just pulling in every direction) So much power and craziness that I should reserve that setting for the track, where I plan to test it tomorrow. Drop him a line. Well worth the $$.

Thanks for the kind words guys!

Just to let you all know, I am working on finishing up my 87 3BAR cals. I’m also working on some more “off the wall” stuff. Should be interesting.

I don’t have any immediate plans to do SBEC cals, but that may change.

I’ll be sure to let everyone know as soon as I have something new to offer.

Just an update. The cal is still running great. It is in my GLHS, which is my daily driver and I haven't had a problem. Runs like stock and plugs still look new. I have been experimenting with the switch set to 20 psi and still getting 9-lights. I was a bit worried b/c this is about max for 2.5 TII w/ +20%'s but no detonation or ill effects. 525 is holding its own. My only problem is keeping the car pointed in a straight line. Thanks again Paul.

BTW Paul, what would the turn around time be to re-cal for +40%'s and what reasonable boost could I do with those?

Thanks for the update Mark, I'm glad you like it!

I can have your cal adjusted for +40's, and ready to go tomorrow. I would say 25PSI with your combo. Shoot me an e-mail when you're ready for it.

Awesome. I am still in the planning stages of getting the injectors and possibly getting a better intercooler. I'll let you know when I have everything for the switch. Thanks

I dunno how he gets those big ole hands in that dang tight space!

I must have cut myself 10 times on the big vacuum barb on the 2 pc before I figured out that just unthreading it would sure save my hands!

I just got my custom cal in from paul, and my car fires up no prob and idles like a champ, I hope to get it out to the track here soon and do some serious testing. Paul is a great guy to deal with, he answered all my questions, and I had alot, and even sent me some info on understanding cal's better. He even sent my cal back 2nd day air. I highly recommend him if you are considering a custom cal, thanks Paul!
