Alright now I am needing to hear from him again.....

Weekend deadline for my money and cash is this weekend and I know he is moving or something and now his phone is down - not my issues. Was to call me on Tues or Wed but nothing.

Any mod, board member or friend please contact him and have him call me tonight. He said he was tight with some of the mods so please step up if you know him and help me out if possible and save the situation.

$700 and 16" pumper tires and rims are needing to come back to me.

He has my information and phone so he needs to contact me via telephone so I know when he is coming.

We don't do that here, no one like's seeing member's in our community ripped off. I may be thinking of someone else, but IIRC you also had stated he was friends with a TD moderator? I think he was referring to me, if so sorry I don't have any information other then what his screenname is, if he meant another moderator then I'm at a lose.

Not wanting to come off like an a--, but if I was in your shoe's i'd take what he has said and what he will say lightly. Call the police already too, that is a lot of cash and is a crime. You have shown by this thread and the comment on TM that you are trying to contact him, your phone records will show it to. You have the evidence you need, take action and get your $$ and wheels.

Richard, I strongly suggest you make right with both people who now are without their $$ and/or items.

Noone on this staff would help rip someone off, it's not worth being blacklisted in a community we have been apart of for sometime. Take what he say's lightly, he hasn't given you or Will Martin any other reason not to.

I am pursuing actions on Monday to get my stuff back. Did not mean to come off against the mods but he opened his mouth and stated he was buddies.

I hope it gets resolved soon and without incident but he needs to surface and be a man on the situation. I was taken advantage of by him and he needs to learn to step up or suffer the results. I learned it he can too.

I'd like to also add...

I would be looking into legal action, if I'm reading what Will has said correctly maybe go in with him on it, both of you against him in court? Copy any PMs, emails, etc. Get a list of your phone logs and high light each time you called his number. PayPal statements(if any?).

I know he is young, but we all no right from wrong.
This is clearly not the right thing to do to people no matter what is going on in your life.

Sorry I didn't notice the thread sooner.

I do hope you and Will get this resolved, Will bought some things from me and the past(TIII rocker arms IIRC), he was honest on his part. I had them on eBay, he made and offer and asked for me to close the auction, he could have done all this and backed out costing me $$, but didn't and he was quick as hell with payment.

He still has not surfaced and do not understand why he wont communicate or have his buddy Ben do it for him.

A couple of us on the other board have been burned by him and taking actions to get our stuff back - that is all about I can say for now.

I have emailed and pm'ed him to contact me with no response - I take that as a negative attitude and a s#$w you!

Gave him plenty of opportunities and got lied to 3-4 times on paypal payments, delivery and having money.

Just want to get my stuff and be done with it - is that too much to ask. I did nothing to him to deserve what is happening and even helped his a$$ out when he came out to get the car by borrowing the rims and tires to get back - not sure if that was a plan or not.

Any help from anyone would be appreciated.

After checking this site, I found nothing bad listed about him and checked his status on the "other site" and found several positive dealings, so I had nothing to give me any bad vibes.

I contacted him via PM on June 10, 2008 requesting pictures of the XBox 360 and asked why he was selling it. He replied back the same day stating it was given as a gift and had only been used about 5 times.

On June 17, 2008, he sends me several pictures to my e-mail address of the system taken on his cell phone. He states that's the only way he could take the pics, and everything seems legit. I ask him how he wants payment and he gives me his address, but states to add 3% if I plan on paying via PayPal.

On June 20, 2008 I sent payment to him via PayPal for $309.00 USD. On June 24, 2008 I send him a PM and an e-mail asking if he'd gotten the payment and if he'd sent it out.

Seeing how I hadn't heard from him in any way or form and his activity on the boards was getting less and less, I went through the "proper" process on Pay Pal earlier, just in case.

On June 28, I get a PM from him stating he was sorry for the delay and he'd had some personal family issues, the X-box would go out that week, he would provide a tracking number as well and he was "very sorry for the wait."

That was the last I ever heard from this scum bag. Now he has been on the board several times since his last PM to me, but he never sent me a message or an e-mail or an X-box 360.

The reason I waited so long to post this is because I just won my complaint case through PayPal tonight but they're "unable to recover any funds."

So buyer beware. I know there are people on here that knows him, and I hope this message reaches him and he comes around and gives me my money back. I and really hope this "young man" doesn't think because I'm in Canada that he's untouchable. I'm definitely NOT Canadian and will not have any problems coming to PA and taking this to a higher level.



Anyone that get him to contact any of us will work with him.

Wow, not what I would have expected from him at all, been keeping an eye on the thread at TM. I hope yourself, Will Martin, and everyone else who has gotten the shaft by him get justice. From reading what Will has stated, last person in this community i'd ever want to screw is him. I see some international charges coming out of the wood works. All this cause someone didn't man up and follow threw on his half.

Well as suspected "DICK" has not come out of his hole.

Going to have to flush him out so all can get there money and items back.

He has been given many options to pay and own up without legal or any other issues but still refuses to acknowledge he is screwing us on the boards.
