Well if it was in your favor you should be able to collect.
What Paypal will do is send him to collections (paypal's internal)
Then when he does pay you will get paid.
I have had this happen before and in the end it did work out.

I had an issue with Chris Faulk.
Paid money/he owed me parts.
I didn't get parts.
Chris Faulk said they were destroyed in the hurricane and refused to compensate me.
Thought I should take him to court.
Started thread on TD.com.
Made some people mad.
Many more had good advice
I liked all responses regardless if they were pro or con.
Got some calls from several people today.
Seems my parts were for sale on another TD vendor's website.
Mods didn't appreciate being lied to.
Chris Faulk got banned
Vendor took items off his website
I guess I'll still have to got to court, but at least no else here will be ripped off by Chris Faulk.

Do not deal with John Marshall (not sure if he is on here or not: he is from Bellows Falls, VT nonetheless). He is a liar and a thief. I bought an R/T from him that ran well when I drove it and thouroughly checked everything. When the car was delivered, turbo was "mysteriously blown and seeping oil everywhere." No one was home so the car was dropped and that was that. After numerous calls, he could not be reached. Owed me several parts as well with the deal. If you see him on ebay or TD or anywhere else, do not buy from him!

Jack's Dodge (Carlton Powers) ripped me off.

I sent him a money order for $60 for a P-body Shifter & cables. After 2-1/2 weeks of no response, I pm'd him asking him about the progress. At first he said he didn't get the money order. Then after another pm, he said he did get it, and had confused me with someone else, and that he would send the shifter out the next day. That was two weeks ago. I never received the shifter and have tried to contact him 3 times and he will not respond.

JB88Zcar (Joseph Bullard) scammed me out of $105 for a Garrett T2 turbo and manifold. After not shipping the part, he emailed me a couple weeks later to tell me that he had been in and out of the hospital reguarding his son and wife, and would send me the parts as well as free t2 intercooler hoses. I have not received any parts after over 2 months, and he will not respond to emails any longer.

He said that he was having a lot of personal problems and promised me that he would send them out soon as possible. He did say that he has the shifter and cable out ready to go so I sent him an E-Mail stating that it is ok to just send the shifter and cables. He still never E-mailed me back. He cashed my check. I trusted him!

You can still trust him. He's not a con artist.

MidOhio is a trustworthy guy. I had a few transactions with him and all was smooth. He recently posted that he just got out of the hospital for some surgery or something and that he apologized, but will send parts or refund any moneys. He just asked if you can please be patient.

I don’t wont anyone think I am overreacting or a jerk but this is the first time I purchased part from him. He spent my money and did not send the parts and it freaked me out. He has not sent me an e-mail letting me know what is going on the last couple of days. I am willing to pick the parts myself If needed.

I would like to amend my first post by saying that I did receive the turbo/manifold from Joseph as promised. It did take a while (1.5 months), but the product is in great condition, so I have no gripe to speak of. Thanks for keeping your word!

I am in the process of having a car shipped out from Pennsylvania to Oregon. Based on comments from someone who posts on this board (sgtrj), who said his wife works there, I went with AMERICCANPRIDEAUTORIDE.

It is now 8 weeks later, no car, no retuen of my deposit.

Don't ever deal with these people! I know I won't and unfortunately I am going to have to think long and hard before I trust people's opinions here again.

well i think we're about to add SPOONMECTR to the list for as on the 7th of september i paid him for parts and untill this day never got an email or pm from him or my parts or my refund. Also I've been pm'ed with info about some of his other sales and he doen't have happy customers.. still waiting on another reply.. I'll keep eveyone posted.
