That particular one was a square plenum w/ bottom of a 2 pc intake if I recall. The new one will be round plenum and not use the stock runners. There will also be something else we hope to release by SDAC. I feel pretty safe saying it will be worth it, but thats for you guys to decide....

I remember it now. I also remember thinking that it would be nicer if the plenum was round.

For the production intakes we wont be utilizing any stock intkae pieces. We can do something custom for a customer though.

Thanks Johnny. BTW do you still have the transfer case bushings?

Yeah Im stuck in my ways when it comes to the 8 valve head. I figure if SMP can go 8's in a charger with 8 valves there is plenty enough for me to be happy with. Now if they would only allow dragsters in the NDRA and Compact NHRA....hmmm....

So from the sounds of it, it comes with a fuel rail? Can it be tapped for either -an or npt? i guess that part doesnt matter for me because i have adapters.

Any chance you have the old "bolt to the two piece lower" intake ;aying around collecting dust and you want to get rid of it? I might sacrifice for just that. Also, I think you should let people in on the product "worth waiting for" as for thos elike me, the car is apart now and I don't want to have to tear it apart again right before I'm supposed to start driving it!

Thanks
