I ordered a cat-back exhaust on 4/28/2008.
It's almost been a month and it's still waiting at the "Awaiting Charge" phase.
I got the confirmation e-mail, but it just tells me my order, and not to reply to anything.
There's enough money in the account to cover the cost.
Did I just completely miss something?

Sounds like a familiar cry from people making purchases.

Have you called them directly?

I know a post was made by them to only contact them via phone if you can get through or leave a message.

Good luck getting your order - hopefully they get back to you in a timely manner or at least acknowledge your order more than a automatic response you placed an order.

I personally use other sources for all my part needs. Local guys are treating me well for what I need in parts or custom items.

I haven't called yet. I ordered through their site and I check the order status via my account on the site. I'll call them if something doesn't happen by the 28th of the month.

I would use local sources, but there aren't any really. Red Lion isn't very performance oriented.
