Calibration for 89 Shadow

I have an 89 Dodge Shadow ES. It is a 2.5 turbo I, automatic. It has the stock Mitsubishi turbo and I added the stock TII radiator/intercooler setup. I also have cruise control.

What calibration would be best for me? My goals are rather modest, I do not want to change the stock fuel system at the moment and I do not want to add the charge air temp sensor. I was thinking about the stage 2 (14 psi) cal but would like your professional opinion. Is it possible to get the stage 3 (15 psi) cal without adding the air temp sensor?
