In a ongoing effort to provide the best parts for our cars Lonewolf Performance is now selling a new 38mm Wastegate. Ive personally tested this wastegate for a while on my car. Ive also used a Tial, Turbonetics Evolution and a el-cheapo Ebay special. This gate is my choice because of its quality, style and thought that went into the wastegate. The body has ribs machined into the cover that not only look good but act as a heat sink to reduce some heat from the diaphram. The valve seat is a stainless steel impregnated alloy to reduce galling and provides better sealing. It also has a large chamber for better boost control and response. Comes with a 1 year 12k mile warranty. Includes all hardware, fittings and thicker SS flanges.

This gate is currently available in black with additional colors in the near future. Price 215.00.

Turbo Concepts. Keep in mind the higher the boost the smaller the wastegate needs to be. If you run a large turbo at low boost you need a larger wastegate. This 38 gate is doing a fine job at 25 psi in the R/T. I plan on using another one on the Omni making alot mopre h.p. and boost.

Standard is .6 bar or about 8-9 psi. There are others as well, I will post them asap.

I just picked one of these up and might need a heavier spring. Anymore info on this? I just looked at your website but you don't have any info listed there for this product that I could find.

How long have you been using these EWG's? There isn't a whole lot of info out there for these.

Had this one for about 7 months, and its flawless. We havent updated the site in a while... The spring just sets the minimum opening pressure, so if you ran the wastegate by itself it will open at 8-9 psi.

I have yet to put mine on, but it looks like a very nice, well built piece. When comparing it to my buddys tial, I dont know why you would pay the tial price.

I would like to pick up a 1 bar spring. Is that an option? What are the other choices? Cost for just the spring itself?

A little novice here so bear with me. How do I know if I can use an external wastegate versus my current T2 internal wastegate on my set-up and turbo. Currently have an 89 2.5L CB LeBaron, Enforcer 2 TO4E stage 2 hybrid running 22 psi boost, Turbox T1 boost controller, TU cast manifold. If I can, what are the benefits??
