A523 from a 90 daytona

shredded a gear inside..not sure what other damage there is

if you need something from it let me know..ill take it apart..even $10 here or there...whatever...ill take detailed pictures so you can tell the part you want isnt damaged

the shifter cover isnt in the pictures but i do have it..i took it off to see what broke

the poly bobble strut in the pic and throwout bearing are not for sale

i do still have the original bobble strut, ill sell it for $15 + s/h

They need a press and patience. If you don't have the setup to get em out I don't want to bother ya.

its okay i need to take apart the main shaft anyway because it and the ring gear are worth something...

do i need to rent a press or is there some other way to do it? is just the bearing pressed on?

i think there is a press of some kind at work..

Re: parting out broken A523

that bearing is lightly pressed on,shouldnt take too much effort from a press to remove it, or if you have a bearing remover that would be better to use.
