I believe the GLHS ECU is unique to that car and its pre-T2 wiring is not the same as a Datona T2. You can convert the GLHS wiring to true T2 specs pretty easily and then also use the true T2 style ECU in a GLHS. The advantage to that is that the custom cals available offer more features on the true T2 cal than on the GLHS ECU.

Can anyone confirm this to be true?

who cares. this is my for sale thread, not a discussion thread.
It ran my 86/2.5 t2, take it out, still a GLHS stage 2 LM.
