S60 Turbos Unleashed

I bought this turbo April of last year, and have never used it. I decided to go bigger. I purchased this from "Powell", and it appears brand new as he described it. It has the turbine clip option, and quick spool. Housing appears to be ported as well. He said it had less than 100 miles on it and i would guess even less. I'm looking for $475 shipped, but willing to take offers as long as they are resonable.

yes i can ship to mexico, but you would have to pay the additional freight. i would assume somewhere near $50.
