No it's not... Everything has to be put together... Motor, tranny, and harness are in tact... will start if you put the stock manifold and turbo back...

I will take 3,200 o.b.o w/o my manifold and ball bearing turbo, but you will get all the other accessories with it... don't be afraid shoot an offer most I can say is no

Do you have everything to get it up and running and is it included in the sale....also is the t67 on it at the time and what kinda hp is projected once finished. Interested in the car and finally convinced the lady into letting me buy it if it will ship for cheap

2 things I haven't got around to doing which is the intercooler piping and downpipe with full exhaust piping, I do have the 3" Borla muffler.... everything else is there to get her up an running... with the T-67 by itself is rated for 550+ hp with the custom combination... It's an oil and watercooled ball bearing turbo... If you want to PM me your zip code I can find out a quote to have her shipped to you
