Someone here on the board owns this. I owned it, my best friend owned it, and someone from the 1st gen TD.com owned it. Haven't seen it around lately, so if you have it, chime in!:

I painted up those wheels. They were junkyard quality when I started.

Winning Hbody at SDAC-15 in Cinci.

Sold it to a loser who wrecked it (the 89 GTC coupe curse) Bought by ohiomotorsports (or something like that) on the board and I think it got parted out.

Haven't seen any A&A ground fx in this thread yet. Sold this to a guy whos life went to crap and he left it on the street to be towed, impounded, and likely crushed...

$50 Lebaron - put a 2.5l commonblock tbi in it. Drove it like crazy then sold it to someone desperate for a car for $400.

Yikes, this was 4 years ago. It would win Jbody at SDAC14 that day. Been in a warehouse collecting dust and waiting for a rebuilt engine/trans and new turbo. Ive had all that ready and sitting next to it for a year . That is all

WOW!! That's a beautiful H-body 'Baron!! VERY nice!!!

Anybody with those aftermarket body kits: BEWARE!! They have a tendancy to cause rust behind them!!!

I just noticed the wing on the back of the Pace Car...I wonder where that came from? That looks pretty nice IMHO...

I was at the time very impressed with that pace car engine. Looking back all T2s should have come 3 bar with +20s and 18 PSI. I even bought one of the intercoolers too. O well the old days. I also like the solid rear cover like a masi, looks good on the baron.

Why is it that the converts got so little respect over the years? They came T3 and T4 powered even, then they also had a nice 16" wheel as well. Daytona T top cars spray you with water driving down the freeway, always stayed dry in the Lebaron.

I have no idea. I too have noticed that the lebaron kinda has a shit car record, and everytime my friends ask me what type a car I drive, there's always a snicker or two. Personally, I find the car to be one of chryslers best ever.

The tonue cover I beleive came with all the 'vert cars. They weren't very user friendly to install, so most people left them off. Over time they just dissapeared. You can still get nice ones on e-bay...expect to pay about $90-150 for one....

As for the 'Baron being one of thier best cars...it certainly was...and one of the best selling too! The only reason they get snickers is becuase theya re typically veiwed as an "old person's" car or a "chick" car...but that kinda goes away when you blow the doors off of some "sports car"

yeah. I wonder if it's the old lady car image that made them put one in Freddy Got Fingered. yeah. I know. That's a random question. I feel the lebaron's the best of both worlds. Luxury and sport. Fast, fun, comfortable, and pretty cool
