I don't know man, as far as stockers go they're my favorites, with pumpers a close second. 
The tires on it now are a bit more low-profile than the stocks, I think they're 205's, so that maybe is part of it too...

here is my first project Daytona, it is a 92 base, but will get a brand new rebuilt 2.2l turbo in the future. by the way, it was $300.

here is a pic of my 88 i had, it was a t1 5 speed, that i transplanted all the es ground effects onto it and added custom paint. It also had hydraulic suspension and would lay right on the ground. i sold it years ago and miss having it all the time.
