I hope to have it back together this week with rust free quarters!
Gonna use 3M panel bond to put it back together.

WOW, Those aren't "rusty quarters" where I'm from.
As a matter of fact, A car for sale like that here would be listed as "Pretty much rust free."

EDIT: Oh wait, is the panel on the ground the new one? I thought it was the old one..hehe I had a brain-fart

I tell you what, that panel on the ground there, you could take it to the Jefferson swap meet and put a $100 price tag on it... at least

seeing how the unibody slopes down around the rear wheels behind the quarter skins gives me a fiendish idea...
Imagine using that sloping body line as a reference and forming a body back there. Have a "rumble seat" that pops open back there like in the 'olden days'. Now that would be different

If I have seen right in other threads, that ain't no Rampage, thats a GREAT condition Scamp GT. BTW, nice car, is that a GLHS swap onto it? Kinda reminds me of my 83 Rampage that had a T2 swap into from a GLHS. Great little truck.

It actually started life as a base model Plymouth Scamp. I bought it because the floors were in good shape (and it was an 83 Scamp!) The only rust was in the rear quarters and a wierd spot on both rockers.

The drivetrain is out of an 87 Daytona Shelby Z, so it has the forged bottom end. It has a GLHS harness and a Mopar stage II LM.

I have been driving it on the engine swap for the last 2 years and decided it was finally time to get the body strait. Gonna keep the body stock for the most part. I have already done the SC air dam and lengthened SC rocker covers. I also got the 2.2 hood scoop functional. Gonna use the original fenderwell chrome (modified to work with the SC stuff. Oh, and it has hood pins, they aint stock either.

Can't decide between the 2000 Dodge Ram red like I painted the engine bay (original plan) or going flat (actually satin) black and keeping the engine bay red.

Anyway, thanks for the compliments.

- Bill
