well i have a h4 projection conversion on my omni and it's like i don't have the headlights on. they are all over the place.they just don't focus in one spot like a projector should. is there a special bulb made for projectors? btw the housing is black and i figured that the bulb is made for reflecting off of a shinny housing instead if a black housing. any ideas?????

HID conversions are crap. Get some E-code lenses and good quality H4 bulbs and you will be alot happier. This place sells good stuff http://www.rallylights.com/default.aspx

i think i will do that. my stock headlights were brighter than these things. i don't think its the bulb because i installed them on my moms tacoma and they were bright. i think that the projector part is actually blocking the bulb. you guys think if i take the projector part out it will be brighter? reason i aske because they are black not chrome.

You need to just buy some different housings, the ones you have are for ricer show cars, not actual use. There are alot of really crappy headlight parts around, you have to be careful what you buy.

IF they are projector headlamps, the reflector wont make a bit of difference. All of the reflecting is done inside of the projector. Since I have no further information, I will guess the these need the projection bulb rebased for the H4 connector and a regular H4 bulb will not work in these.
