the CHMSL is on the spoiler and is not effected by the louvers at all

Here's a picture of an aftermarket one I have from a wrecking yard

1984 CHARGER 2.2 REAR WINDOW LOUVER

I snagged this thing off an 84 Charger 2.2 in a wrecking yard. It has a decal on the bottom left that says " Chastain Shadow". It is metal. The 2 sided tape was dry so it was loose on the rear window. I just lifted it off. It has two metal brackets fastened with 2 sided tape for the bottom end (pictured R/L) and the louver has 2 swing-away levers that grab the pins that stick up from the brackets. One of the "legs" that allow the louver to be raised and cleaned is a little loose. Second picture shows the lever and the loose arm. The louvers are all straight. Needs paint and new tape.
I don't really want to ship this as it needs a massive box. The last one I had to build a wood crate and send it by truck....and that cost a fortune. Local pickup is the best.
