I am beginning to think about some mods that I can do to my omni glht to affect its appearance this spring. I fully plan on the following...

Bumper tuck
Adjusting suspension for a good stance
Cowl hood possibly with a vent cut in

What have people done to their Omnis to affect the appearance. I have seen some really really ugly Omnis.....i want to make mine look nice...but race inspired. Any ideas? Post pics please.

WRX hood scoop
I would like to have a glass cowl hood instead
This was 2 years ago and I barely got it together before SDAC in Detroit
I need to finish cutting/welding the front bumper mounts and get that back on
Still trying to get an adjustable suspension
I'd like to get an S-15 air dam for the bottom too

I am putting a cowl scoop on the hood that will function for my Direct Connection intercooler. I will blend it into the hood at some point. The bumper tuck and stance I will do too.....i like the red on your car.

Pretty cool. I won't be doing a cowl exactly like that...mine may even be a little less obvious....and personaly I think a little nicer looking. But that is cool. I think some nice blacked out windows....a god stand....the hood I am envisioning....and tucked bumpers with some nice paint may be the way to go.

Keep the cool photos coming. And if anyone has any input on some ideas that are definitely not ricey....then definitely don't hesitate...

Like I said before....classy...but more of like a high dollar race inspired look.....i don't mind doing the fabricating and body work.....i just am curious and looking for some ideas.

This them read couldn't have come sooner. I am just getting back on my omni. So what I'm thinking...I need to mold and cast some new signal lenses so I'm going for a little darker amber. Then I was thinking bout making molds for the bezels and vacuum forming them in carbon. THEN what not form them for HIDs. Looks great in my head

I like the idea.....how do you create molds? It seems like a lot of work for a minimal aesthetic look. Cool...idea. I was thinking about lightly coating my lenses in tint spray....then clearing them. As far as the headlights go....same....but then giving them a nice dark brow. In time though....because....my car needs some other things first.

I have a set of glass front 6054 headlights with black vinyl brows that I put 8k HID's in and they look pretty good. As far as the rear of the car goes what I've done in the past was always to remove the rear bumper and fill in the holes and shave everything off the rear trunk lid (third brake light, lock and wiper) if you want I can show piks.
