I have been thinking about the same thing. I see two options.
Simple is find a furniture reupholsterer. They can do miracles to make the seat custom for your body. Good foam and the right amount at the right location can make it fit your body. I'm 6'2" 220 lbs. The GTS has no low back support and the right leg is always against the console.
I switched upholstery on a Daytona enthusiast seat. You need the switch, the pump under the front of the seat and the two air bags. I would just get a ratty one and adapt the airbags to your seat. You can mount the switches elsewhere for convenience. The switch in the seat tends to rip the upholstery.
