Need Help Finding Complete New Daytona Interrior

I have a 85 Daytona Turbo Z with T tops that has considerable water damage on the interrior due to the previous owners lack of the ability to roll up the automatic windows and putting the tops on. And the plastic panels have deep scratches in them so I would like to replace those too.So this means I am replacing everything. I would like to Upgrade to all leather(In shades of Grey). And while im at it im giong to replace the weather-stripping too, because im pretty sure the front widows are leaking and positive the hatch is.
Does anyone kow where I can get premolded weathers-stripping, replacement pannels, and replacement upholstry?
