Hey I dug up a Daytona the other day that has PERFECT T-tops on it, they look like they could be brand new pieces. The problem is that the car has no key. Since it's in a junkyard, the door is already missing, but I can't unlock the Ts. Once they are off, I can get a key cut for them, but is there any way to remove them without the key?

If you can get the plastic molding off, the locks are held in with 2 phillips head screws.

I used nail clippers to unlock mine. Use the part you clean under your nail, keep wiggling it around untill it unlocks. Took about 2 minutes on each one to get them unlocked.

Take the plastic off and the t-top will be out in less than 1 minute.

Cheap locks. I used an old key from another T-Top car and it worked with a little jiggling, etc...

On my car I couldnt get the plastic off without the risk of breaking them, but with the plastic covers loose I was able to get a vise grips on the center piviot screw and unscrew it, and then you can get the rods out of the T-tops and remove them, a lock smith can recut a key for you or you can than just unscrew the locks and leave them out.
