Well, I just tried to recover them to see if I could do it. Figure I had nothing to lose & it couldn't look any worse than it did. Well, I got the driver side done & it turned out pretty good. I trimmed the fabric too much so a few places it's not as good as it could have been, but it does look 100% better!! I'll post some pics of it tomorrow, as it's not too dark to take pcs of them. I already installed them.
I just bought some headliner fabric form the store, spray adhesive & went to town. I sprayed both the fabric & the visor itself let it dry a bit to cure then set the visor on the fabric. I then stretched it to make sure it was tight on there, trimmed as necessary & tucked it in the crack with a butterknife. It worked great & aside from it being a little darker than the factory color it turned out great! It still matchesthe interior though, as it's the same color as the center of the Shelby Charger seats I just got for the car.
