Fabbed this up as a prototype. What does everyone think? If there is enough intrest, I will be willing to make some up for anyone intrested.

Pictures will get you the general idea. This is a 2 1/16" gauge and the production ones will sit lower than this one. When sitting you can see all of the OEM cluster except for a small chunk of the speedo. (covers up 120+)

I have a 90 Lebaron with an identical dash setup. Do you know if it will fit the column on the lebaron also? If so, I'm interested.

I would think so. I'm going to head out to the local yard and pull some pillars and steering columns to start producing them. I was thinking $50.00 shipped once I get rolling here.

Maybe have people send in their plastic and you mod it.
I remember though that a 90s ram has the same plastic cover
that will fit, it is available aftermarket with a gauge pod built in. I am pretty
sure it fits spirits, don't know about others.

Summit P/N ATM-15012. Its actually an Autometer part for the 94-02 Ram. Fits a Spirit R/T like its made for it. I know it also fits 90+ Shadows as well.

As for mnmatties idea,it will still work as we need something for the G and J-body columns. I was gonna make something like what he did but never got to it. I made one that kinda copies the SRT-4 boost gauge mount. Heres a pic if you have never seen it......

Well I have no problem making some up for you guys. I'm also working on a triple gauge pillar, triple gauge mounting for ontop of the instrument bezel and other ideas.

If you guys want something mocked up and prototyped, let me know! I'm heading to the yard soon to look for a shadow column.

I would be interested in a (a pillar) pod for a 90 mini.
I also would be interested in a column pod for a 90 mini.
Column on the mini is different than my shadow and spirit.
The ram column pod I think will not work for the mini.
Let me know.Ryan
