i recently installed aftermarket car starter in my 93 shadow. the car does not have power locks, but the remote starter will operate power locks. I know the stock shadow power locks are alternating ground systems. I am looking for an easy way to put one power lock actuator in drivers side door, i dont need a switch in the car I just want to be able to lock and unlock my door with my remote starter, as it is a work car and nothing more.
so basically im looking for a non alternating ground power door lock motor with simplistic hook up and that will fit in door relatively easy

I used a kit on Ebay when my 93 Daytona Passenger door lock actuator quit.

Seach on "Door Power Locks Conversion kit", I just saw one for $32 ($19.99 + shipping). It has hardware for mounting and connecting to the existing mechanism. I have seen the same actuators in Pep Boys for about $15 each (the kits has two). I don't know if the ones in Pep Boys comes with the same hardware though. It isn't too hard to put in if you take your time to do it right.
