These plastic "trolley" things are REALLY easy to replace. Just unbolt the old one and break off whatever is left, or slide it out past the window scraper. To install the new one, its even easier! Guide it onto the track at the window scraper, push it down by hand until it reaches the power window motor, and operate the motor to pull it through the rest of the way, being careful that it doesn't bind anywhere. It takes more time to remove and reinstall the door panel than it does to install this plastic thing..
As far as what kind of grease to use, it has to be a type that, over time, it doesn't "dry up" and leave a really sticky residue behind. 6 months later and its back to square one for slowness. I just wish I remembered what I used on my '91 Daytona. Those windows work awesome years later. I'm thinking of trying a bunch of powdered graphite and NO grease at all. Or grease on the gear side and nothing but graphite on the back side.
