does anyone know where i can get the bracket that screws to the roof for the sunroof latch? 2 of the 3 screws on mine broke through the bracket and now the bracket is bending and breaking so it wont hold the sunroof down anymore. i tried using washers and stuff but at this point there's no saving it.. so if someone has one that they are willing to part with, or you know where i can get one, please let me know.. thanks

The dealer is expensive. When I had my 90 shadow es, the tee in roof bracket broke. I paid 100 bucks for the hood bracket/sunroof latch combo. That was 5 years ago.

Because of this experience. I horde Shadow sunroof latches, wind deflector, slide in brackets and all the small parts. You know, just encase I replace my convertible shadow with a hardtop.

I found out something interesting in my search for a glass P/N the other day. Some 1st gen ECLIPSES came with essentially the same sunroof. The glass itself is different, but all the attaching hardware is the same, including the latch and the attaching bracket.

I just picked up most of the sunroof hardware out of a sundance up in worcester. The roof bracket is in good shape. Are you still in need?
