Aftermarket steering wheel installation?

Any info on installing an aftermarket steering wheel into a 2nd Gen Neon. I did a search on the web and found good info on doing the swap in a 1st Gen Neon. They used a Grant 3196 kit and had to modify it. The other site said if you use the 3196 kit, you must get the Momo to Grant kit also. That kit is $96 alone!! Any help will be appreciated. I also did a search on this site. Nothing came up that would help me. I didn't know exactly where to post this...I am a member of nloc.net and turbobuick.com. This board is set up differently from those though. Thanks in advance!
