I know that the Grand Caravan is a few inches longer than the regular Caravan. Which interior pieces can I reuse from the Grand Caravan into the Caravan though? The only reason I just did not go out and get pieces from another Caravan is that I got a great deal on the 94 and want to use all I can from it.

In case anyone tries to update their minivan interior, here's the results. Front doors, A-pillar, passenger side door post, trim along the bottom. The carpet will not work, even with cutting. Back panels are a no go because that's where the extra length comes in. Headliner just needs a trim, overhead console is good too. Looks a lot sharper with the newer style pieces in place.

Will do as soon as I get another carpet this week. Just realized the carpet problem today.

I installed the bench from the 94 into 89 no problem. Though if you try to put the captain seats from a second gen into a first(for the middle row) you need to do something with the floor. If you're going to swap bench seats, I'd look for a 3rd gen style. They have rollers on them, so they're less of a bear to move yourself. Also I think the 3rd gens had adjustable backs, where the 2nd and 1st had either the up or down position.
