Simply put, it's a bitch. After trying various stiff brushes, I resorted to using a knife to scrape it off. Luckily, Chargers are small cars, and mine has a sunroof.

Why? Just pull the board out, clean it up REAL well, get some fabric, glue it on & reinstall. Unless, of course, you like adding unnecessary weight to your car.

yeah take the whole board down. lay it out in your driveway, dont kneel on it, use some sandpaper it'll all come right off and give a nice roughed surface for the glue to stick to. sometimes a winter ice scraper works good to get the big stuff off, but a medium grit sandpaper will get it all off without making thin spots in the board.
