nice work! Mine already have some panels welded in and used por15 which was decent for all of maybe 1 day, in areas you can see the por15 coming up where it didn't seal like it should.

anyways, what is Ospho?

Ospho is phosphoric acid and it turn rust to black primer. I welded the sheetmetal in and cleaned everything with Under gone, basically a concentrated foamy citrus cleaner that supposed to clean up undercoating. Then I cleaned everything again with silicone/wax remover, then ospho, then one step rust killer. Today I will follow up with Eastwoods Rust Encapsulator then chassis black. I better not ever see rust on that floor pan again.
