I thought this would be easy. I want to replace the driver seat armrest. As far as I can tell it is held on by three screws. All three are difficult to near impossible to remove because of the armrest itself. Is there a secret for popping that swing armrest off the seat?

I've never owned a Chrysler Mini, so this may not work; but on my Chevy Astro Conversion; With the palm of your hand, push in (towards the seat) onear the back of the arm rest and then the arm rest will swing down. Then rotate the arm rest to find the slot and pull outwards to remove it.
Like I said, that was NOT a Chrysler mini. But it is something that doesn't cost any thing to try.

Unzip the cover on the armrest, pull it forward a few inches, and you'll see a 10mm bolt head. Undo that bolt and the armrest will fall off.

I just did it today on mine.

Thanks. I saw the zipper seam, but could not find the zipper head. It was pushed way out of sight. I have a good armrest again.
