I havent looked yet, but I need to get to the window lever and the door lock/handle setup, to oil some stuff up and tighten some things down.. so what is the best way to get the inside door panel off? Does it just pop off, or are there screws?

Yes there are screws both on the armrest and the door handle that have to be removed.

You'll have to take the armrest off. There are two screws in the side and one at the top. There is a screw in the window crank. Take off the inside door handle. Pull it out and you'll see the screw. Pop off the door lock knob. The trim piece that goes around the inside door handle and door lock knob will have to be removed. You'll see the screws after the other stuff is removed. There should be a screw in the bottom rear corner of the door panel. After all that, the door panel should just pop off.

it won't just "pop" off
whatever you do, don't pull on it.
what i do, i get a flat head screw driver (this is after removing everything like kevin explained), and put it between the door panel and the door itself. Make sure you are close to the clips that hold it into the door and pop each one out individually with the screw driver. Also, from my experience, the window needs to be down so that you can lift it off from the top whenever you have all the clips popped off.
