seem tough to fit in the channel. I got one window done, took over an hour after having to pull the door panel and drop th window from the mechanism.
But it does seal up now. :)

Is there a trick to this over an hour I screwed with it putting in another window seal?
Is there a special tool that makes it a piece of cake?
Does it shrink up a bit after install??? (And I'm not talking 10 yrs down the road, lol)

Gotta say, a little lube does help. lol Only took about half the time. Still look to big but maybe the old ones just shrunk soooo much.
Shot the window mechanism with a bit of garage door lube and they work awesome now also.
Thanks guys
