replacing rear shadow or sundance 2door speakers?

how do i remove the rear speakers in a shadow/sundance 2 door? they are the ones next to the package tray. do i need to take the whole interior panel off? let me know. i have a new set or infinity kappas that i wanna listin to.

u need to remove the large carpet pc s in the trunk area... 1 screw holding them in place then remove ... then look under and remove the 4 nuts holding in the speakers..
