I posted this in the Interior section but nobody's replied......how do I get the friggen drivers door window out of my shadow?? The door has a huge dent and I'm trying to put my new one on but it needs the glass from the old one. I have the panel off and can see a white clamp sorta thing along the bottom of the glass with two screws attached.....but...they are facing the wrong way(heads facing outside of door) so I cant tell what they are or get to them even if I knew. Do I need to get the window out of this clamp? Or does the metal sliding arm thingy come off of that?? Thanks for any help.

I do not know for sure, but some cars have these plastic things riveted onto the glass. So you may need to drill them out and replace with bolts and nuts.

OK, after bringing the sawzall into this mess I'm stuck once again. The back guide just wont let go of the glass. This is all I need to do now, everything else is loose. That back guide just wont let go. Is there a way to loosen it? Or do you just gotta reef on the glass??
