Gold interior is rare in a red or black car. You could not get the gold interior in a blue or silver GLHT. I do believe all the gold GLHT's have gold interior. My red/gold 86 GLHT is 1 of 3 with that color combo and no factory A/C.

Did I mention chicks dig the gold interior?

Austin, Um, who's car are you refering to when you say "$#it box with fugly gold interior"?

There all $#it boxes, and yours and Wills just happen to have gold interior. No love lost though.

Really? I don't consider any of my Omni's $h!t boxes. If they're "$h!t boxes", why'd you buy one?

Are you seriously asking Austin about this Mark?

Do you remember sharing with me the official "It's just an OMNI" conversation when you were in Denver?

I sincerely hope your statement was 110% humor...

LOL! I'm just bustin his chops since he refered to my interior as fugly.

For what it's worth, I do like the gold interior.

I personally think that Omni's are ugly (interior included). Thats part of the coolness of them though. No one expects an 80's grandma grocery getter to run a 12 sec. 1/4 mile. Just preferance I guess. I could have bought a Daytona or Spirit if it didn't want an ugly car, but I didn't. I guess you either like the looks of them or don't, but I think we all love the performance and mod-ability of them.

Oh, BTW I found out (after borrowing pieces of Will's ugly interior ) that the problem is the cluster. I tries swapping the headlight switch, nothing. I tried changing the headlight buzzer (It could happen), nothing. Finally I swapped the cluster and BINGO. Now I need a cluster, so if anyone has one for sale, let me know.

Will, don't worry, you got all of you pieces back into your car. You also have a cluster f*ck of wires under your dash. Cut wires, empty harnesses, pigtail connectors, god only knows what else. Just FYI.

Um, didn't I suggest it was a bad cluster from the start? Oh wait, actually, I know I did.
