I'm in the process of converting my '88 Reliant wagon to a 5-speed (2.5 turbo, too), and the center console has me utterly stumped. I can't find any screws or bolts on it. It looks rather different than the P and AA body consoles.

Oh, joy. Answered my own question again. There was a black plate glued to the floor of the cup on the back. Peeled that up, and 4 screws were revealed.
