Daytona Navigator box help...

I have one of those Navigation computers in my 89 Turbo and none of the buttons do anything. You know the thing above the radio that tells you the date and tells you how many miles you can go...

It shows a date and a time but doesn't respond when I hit a button any way to fix this?
