So PentastarTurbo, where do we stand? I signed up for 2 but I'd be willing to step up for several and sell them later to all the laggards.

PM or email me and see if we can get this off square 1.

Hey Steve and everyone..

I just got a phone call today from Lotek stating that they recieved the stock A pillar trim today.. however.. it would seem as tho it was sat under something heavy and with the heat inside the truck, it has warped it beyond usability.. So Im off to try and locate another nice A pillar trim..

The person on the phone said it doesnt look much different from that of a mustang fox body vehicle..

if your interested, just email me (ONLY) with the subject title "Group Buy"
Reasoning for email only is that turbododge.com sometimes goes on the blink..
In the email please include:

your first AND last name
your telephone number
your email address
and how many you would like to purchase..

==============================
example:

subject: "Group Buy"
------------------------
Jay Silentbob
(555) 555 - 5555
SnoochieBoochies@aol.com
Id like (2)

==============================

Then all you have to do is simply send it to my email address
PentastarTurbo@aol.com

No prob, Chris. Glad I can help. I will probably end up buying one as well. Just didn't want to commit and end up doing something else for mounting gauges. Keep us posted and thanks for getting the project going!

If I'm not mistaken, the Mustang ones are much more curved than the L's. But anyway, I've bought pods off of Lotek for a few other cars, and they'll be worth the money. Just let me know when it's all ready to go.

Thanx again!

I think its awesome that you are getting this all organized,, our cars suffer from a severe lack of options from the aftermarket compared to many others. I am definetly interested in one of these pods, like you I installed one sold by FWDperformance.com that was just an overlay type,, it fits but not real well,, had to use an extra screw to keep it flat. It works but could look better.
Is there any way that these could come in other colors than black? I just want it to match my 85 SC interior with that light grey color, just like the one you had in the pic you posted. I would be willing to pay extra for the lighter color if possible.
Thanks

if I send them color samples of all the popular ones.. its only an additional 4 bucks more per pod to be matched according to the other pods they had listed..

If this goes well.. I mite attack the 4 door cars for a version of this also..

I have a tally sheet for 32 pieces spoken for.. 33 including mine..
Were on our way people..

However UPS screwed me over once again.. The box I sent Lo-Tek weighed 3 pounds.. well... they sent me an email stating an oversize charge and weight surcharge.. They screwed up and made 3.0 pds. to 30.0 pounds Jeez... greeaaaat.. Its no problem and this WONT effect the stock trim piece from gettin there.. its in route..

This is sorta funny sence the only thing I did to the box that BB3 (Bill) sent was add a few pieces of paper in a manilla folder for the Lo-Tek place..
That would have to be some heavy duty paper to bump it up from 3 pounds to 30 LOL
Dang UPS Jerks.. not sure how im going to prove otherwize..
but im lookin into that..

All is well and thats your current update as of
Sunday November 14th 2004

thanks!
