P body to G body Strut difference?
 

okay my dads struts are soo shot on his 92 3.0 duster that its not funny, are there any cheap performance type ones for him available?

according to autozone.com a 89 shelby tona and a 92 duster have the same strut...G55526 what if he got G55527 instead? also according to there site a 89 T1 mini has G55525 struts...

what really is the difference between the 3?

The differences could be different valve damping and shaft length.

He could just get some Monroe ones... Monroe makes NO-name shocks and struts that sell for cheap. From what I've seen the Shocks are all white and the Struts are all blue with no tags. The Canadian Tire here sells em for about $60C a pair for the shocks and $60c a peice for the Struts. I had them on my N/A Daytona and they were impressively solid. Hit the bumps hard.
