Re: New site look and software upgrade Feedback Thread

I don't like it but being that we're able to select the classic style I can deal with it

To all those whom aren't impressed at first:

Remember, as humans we don't like change. There were all kinds of nasty comments made on the other site I belong to when they first changed "skins", but most folks got used to it, and now there are very few complaints.

Give it a chance, you may grow to like it.

Thanks, one of my favorite things to post after a conversion.

Thank you again for allowing our input!
I can get thanks added if you guys like.

I see the option for classic etc. but the color remains red. I'm not ready to be awake when I check the post.

I don't like the new format but I can use the classic as long as possible.

Most users will have this new (full) view and the older (classic) view since mods and admins can see other options.

@4Daytonas

The classic will still be an option indefinitely.

Re: New site look and software upgrade Feedback Thread

Not sure what's going on, but a lot of the threads are not displaying correctly. For example, this very thread. I can see there are 2 pages of messages in it, but none of them are showing up. I only have the New Reply, thin thread menu, Page quick links, then the reply box. NAJ is having the same issue.

On it, the team added "Thanks" and it must have messed up a setting.

Standby for update.

Re: New site look and software upgrade Feedback Thread

@administrator overall i like the new look, on the parts for sale page the "Search this forum" feature does not work, i tried on chrome and firefox, seems to work if you right click "open in new tab" also seems to work in other parts of the website.

only thing is i think the homepage seems too much of an advertisement place nothing about the actual content on here i fear it may scare off potential new users, but i like the cleaner look!

Classic is still the same color scheme. White on Red is too hard to read. Site colors just seem very bland and blur together with the greys. The blue with black popped a lot more and was easier to read.
