92 Daytona Parking brake cable

Hello all,

I am in the process of getting my Daytona back on the road... Again. I needed to replace my parking brake cables and ordered the Dorman First stop model C93944 as displayed on third website. I installed the cables to the drums and am unaware able to connect them to the pull cable connector for the handle. They seem just an inch short. I double checked the cable and it stated it was for this model and noted the length as 62.8". Going on to other sites like Rockauto, I found the cables length at 64". Does anyone have experience with this to confirm the lengths, the cables actually at 64" or am I really able to use the Dorman parts and just not installing correctly. Hope everyone is having a great weekend before Turkey week.

Re: 92 Daytona Parking brake cable

Which ones ended up working for you? I'm going to be doing this in a few weeks too.

Can you post a link?
